Justice Mary Laffoy has now given them two weeks to repay a tax debt of some 80,000. negotiations are at an advanced stage with a number of interested parties, said owner and current chairman tom coughlan. i hope to have a deal wrapped up by the end of the week with the new owner. the clubs interim chairman will be announced in the next 48 hours and it will be his job to oversee the change- over and transition to the new owners with as little fuss as possible. Whether the club gets its house in order by February 15, when the Fai will announce what clubs have been granted licences to play in the League of ireland this year, remains to be seen. DEADLINE DAY THE KEY DEALS SOCCER PREMIER LEAGUE Talented: Moses Martinez happy with forward thinking Wigan last night made Bolivia striker Marcelo Moreno their second deadline-day signing. The 22-year-old has joined on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk until the end of the season, subject to visa and international clearance. His arrival follows the earlier deal for 19-year-old forward Victor Moses, who joined from Crystal Palace for a fee of around 2.5million. Latics manager Roberto Martinez said: We knew we needed more competition in the forward area and now we have Victor and Marcelo.
