President Barack Obama visited Massachusetts to rally support for Democrat candidate Martha Coakley. The latest polls show her locked in a dead heat with Republican senator Scott Brown. If elected, Mr Brown says he would vote against Mr Obamas healthcare bill, robbing Democrats of the 60-vote majority needed to prevent Republicans from blocking it. Sen. Human head found on drug lord tomb MEXICo: The head of a man has been left beside the tomb of drug lord Arturo Leyva. It was found with a flower tucked behind one ear at the cemetery in Culiacan, Sinaloa. Police later found the rest of the body on the grave of another drug trafficker. Leyva was killed in a shoot-out with marines last month. Suspected cartel hitmen later killed four relatives of a marine who died in the raid. Seven militants were also killed and security sweeps were under way amid fears more could be hiding. Four fighters targeted a shopping centre near the presidential palace.
