From mid-January, the bars will bear the Fairtrade logo, boosting thousands of farmers in the Ivory Coast where the firm buys cocoa. Fairtrade campaigners hope the announcement will persuade other food companies to follow suit. Cadburys Dairy Milk bars switched to Fairtrade earlier this year. Under Fairtrade terms, farmers receive a guaranteed minimum price plus a premium of over 110 a tonne. Man leaves his cash to namesakes THE town of Douglas in Co Cork could be in line for a winfall after a man left 220,000 (240,000) in his will to towns across the world that share his surname. It is thought Eric Gordon Douglas from Edinburgh, in Scotland, left the money to be shared among 20 places that shared his surname. Waitress Mindy Lawton claimed to have met the golf champion in 2006 and had a year-long affair, while his wife, Elin Nordegren, was pregnant. Ms Lawton said she fell in love with Woods but alleged he was only interested in a physical relationship. Tiger just used me as his sex toy.
