The singer, 30, who is close friends with his fellow Irish boy-band, said he was lost for words when he tried to console Ronan Keating at Gatelys Dublin funeral. He said: They will probably never get over it. Its hard to put into perspective whats happened to them as a band. The company claimed that a staff mem- ber had reported the sale of drugs in the canteen believed to be Viagra or a sub- stitute and the allegations were put to Ms Grytner. It claimed her response was inconsist- ent; at first she said that she had no tablets in her possession, but then changed her story to say the ones she had were for her own personal use as she was on medica- tion for stress and depression, and she was only joking with the lads. The management said it informed her this could be construed as gross miscon- duct and she could be fired. Both employees who were allegedly of- fered the drugs gave evidence at the tribunal. The first said Ms Grytner came to him in the canteen saying look what I bought in Amsterdam and said they were 30 each.
