The 27-year-old victim was taken to Mid- Western Regional Hospital after the gun attack at OMalley Park in Southhill. The man was believed to have been shot twice during a row. A survey by budget hotel group Travelodge has found 31 per cent of Irish people prefer a Dublin brogue over any other countys. And like, with 18 per cent of the vote like, County Cahrk has the second most attractive accent in Ire- land, Like. Some 16 per cent think Galwegians have the best accents, while ten per cent said Kerry. Only two per cent picked Belfast, and half of that thought the drawl of Taoiseach Brian Cowens fellow countymen in Offaly reigned supreme.
