But Peter Baneti, Mercys uncle, insisted her family in Malawi did not approve of the meeting because Mr Kambewa only came forward to declare he was the youngsters father after 51-year-old Ray Of Light singer Madonna adopted her. PEOPLE who have a no-strings sex friend are winners in the battle of the sexes. Texting or telephoning someone when you want sex known as a booty call can be beneficial for men and women, according to scientists. For men they mean little long-term effort and more than one sexual partner, while for women they offer the possibility of a long-term relationship. The booty call is a compromise that works for both men and women, said researcher Dr Peter Jonson, from New Mexico State University. Booty calls rely on text messaging because it allows people to not lose face if they are rejected and to send the same message to more than one person at once, thereby increasing the odds of finding someone to agree to have sex with. Booty calls boost men and women So what did create this big hole?( )Theyre looking into it but it was not a meteorite Burn: Chemicals in the hole created the fire ITS a case straight out of the X Files. The fiery object apparently fell from the sky and created a large crater in a field. Inga Vetere of the Fire and Rescue Service re- ceived reports the rock-like object punched a hole 9m (27ft) wide and 3m (9ft) deep in a mead- ow next to a farm in northern Latvia. A military chemical unit was dispatched to carry out radiation tests and police cordoned off the area to await the arrival of geologists from the University of Latvia. But a few hours later, the scientists said the ra- diation levels proved normal and revealed the whole matter had been a hoax. This is not a real crater. It is artificial, said Uldis Nulle, a scientist at the Latvian Environ- ment, Geology and Meteorology Centre. Earlier, Mr Nulle said there was smoke coming out of the hole when he arrived. But on further analysis in daylight, he and other experts who examined the hole said it was too tidy to have been caused by a meteorite. Its artificial, dug by shovel, said Girts Stinku- lis, a geologist at the University of Latvia. Conservationist Dainis Ozols said he believes someone dug the hole and tried to make it look like a meteorite crater by burning a pyrotechnic compound at the bottom. Police said it wasnt yet certain whether they would open an investigation into the hoax.
