Six pairs will attempt to re-enact the epic journey of Phileas Fogg and travel around the world in 80 days. Oh, and the one mode of transport that is not allowed is the plane. At least its for a good cause Children In Need. Foggy notion: Celebrities try to emulate Phileass journey Summer Heights High RT2, 11.25pm Australian comedy drama is enjoying something of a golden age at the moment, and while we must applaud RT for bringing us Kath & Kim, The Librarians, and now this high school mockumentary, we must also ask why they insist on airing them after 11pm at night. Chris Lilley wrote and stars as three stand-out personalities at a Melbourne high school, and his cutting satire of teen melodrama is spot on. School daze: Chris Lilley in Summer Heights High Film Of The Day Conspiracy Theory TG4, 9.05pm The magnificent Ice Cold In Alex is on at 1pm while most of us are (hopefully) in work, so this Richard Donner film about a paranoid New York cabbie who thinks they are out to get him is the best film on offer tonight. Mel Gibson plays the part of the unhinged Jerry Fletcher well, with Julia Roberts and Patrick Stewart providing able support. Conspiracy theorists might chuckle knowingly at some of the theories put forward, but for most of us its just a bit of harmless fun. Mad Mel: Gibson thinks they are all out to get him Tuesday, October 13, 2009 metrolife 15 Dark Cave: Nicks book is reviewed on The View, RT1, 11.15pm
