Ahmad Wais Afzali told Najibullah Zazi in a secretly recorded conversation that police were asking about him, as the FBI was conducting a surveillance operation on Zazi. Zazi, his father and Afzali were arrested. Kosovo: European Union police say four Serbs have been arrested under suspicion of committing war crimes during the 1998-99 war. Karin Limdal, spokesman for the EUs 2,000- strong police and justice mission in the region, says NATO peacekeepers and Kosovo police were also part of the arrests in the east yesterday. Greece: A bomb exploded in central Athens yesterday near the office of an opposition Socialist party official, causing damage but no injuries.
