Also featured is Nevada singer-songwriter Alela Diane, pictured, who comes from the same city and same musical stable as folk harpist Joanna Newsom. Florence And The Machine will be there too to crank up the volume, with Lyle Lovett on hand to calm us all down again. Visiting immigrant hotspots around the city, he discovers a staggering range of diversity, in both the food and the people, and tries his hand at a few favourites. He also meets the Yoda of Egyptian cooking, which should lead to some interesting phrases being used.
